Lumen Motorsport is looking for committed, clean‑racing drivers on iRacing who want to grow within a structured team environment. We race seriously, communicate clearly, and expect professionalism from all our drivers, but our goal is to help you improve, enjoy sim‑racing more, and race at a higher level.

REQUIREMENTS - PLEASE CONFIRM BELOW BEFORE APPLYING

  • iRating must be above 3,500, or close to but on the rise.

  • Comfortable using Discord for team communication.

  • English Speaking.

  • Available to put in required practice for team events.

  • Respectful, positive attitude and openness to feedback.
